Within the Steelmaking and Casting knowledge group of the R&D Ironmaking, Steelmaking & Casting department we are looking for a researcher in the field of ladle metallurgy and clean steel production. You will strengthen a growing internationally oriented team of steelmaking and continuous casting specialists,
and will work in multidisciplinary projects to improve the process stability with the ultimate aim to improve the yield and product quality of the cast product. In your role, you will add to the strategy of Tata Steel to become a carbon neutral steel producer.
In your role, you will be actively engaged in conversations with various stakeholders within the business. You will interact with technologists and process operators on the factory floor, as well as collaborate with fellow researchers in your department. This position offers a dynamic and diverse work environment, filled with human interactions and constant variety.
