This summer the Chair of Ferrous Metallurgy had a visit of four students of the HTL1 Klagenfurt Lastenstraße. The students are involved in projects at the Chair and will write their thesis with us.
Two of the students are focused on the planning and construction of an automatic In- and Outlet for the sample material for the High Temperature Vertical Tube Furnace.
The other two are involved in developing a camera system for the Hydrogen Plasma Smelting Reduction to be able to do recordings during the experiments.
We wish the students a lot of fun with their work and are looking forward to their great theses
