Our team participated the TMS 2024 – Annual Meeting & Exhibition, which took place from March 03 to 07, 2024, in Orlando/USA.
Susanne Michelic (Chair of Ferrous Metallurgy) gave an invited talk at the symposium “Towards a Future of Sustainable Production and Processing of Metals and Alloys: Decarbonizing Steel-Making-Hydrogen Reduction.” Her presentation demonstrated current developments and the challenges of transformation in steel production.
Prof. Jürgen Antrekowitsch, Sebastian Samberger, Andreas Weidinger, Philip Aster, Stefan Tichy, Patrick Krall, and Ms. Lea Luznik (Chair of Nonferrous Metallurgy) presented their research areas to a broad and interested audience from all over the world with exciting lectures.
