A valuable exchange at the Chair of Ferrous Metallurgy: We were pleased to welcome Prof. Dr. Mohamed Elsayed El-Shinai Mohamed Selim, President of Galala University, Cultural Attaché Prof. Dr. Khaled Aboshanab and Prof. Dr. Taha Mohamed Mattar.
Dr. Daniel Ernst and Dr. Kathrin Thiele presented the research focus and activities of our Chair, followed by a guided tour through the laboratories, showcasing ongoing research and experimental facilities.
After a joint lunch, the visit continued at the Research Center for Hydrogen and Carbon.
This visit contributes to the growing cooperation between Galala University and Montanuniversität Leoben and underscores our shared commitment to excellence in research, education, and knowledge transfer across disciplines and borders.
