In the upcoming fall semester, both Prof. Johannes Schenk and Prof. Christian Bernhard are invited to give seminar lectures at GIFT/POSTECH in Korea. Prof. Schenk will talk about reducing iron ores by hydrogen, whereas Prof. Bernhard will address smart quality prediction systems for continuous casting. POSTECH is one of the leading Universities in Metallurgical Engineering (No. 12 in Shanghai Ranking 2021). Both Universities are – since 2019 – connected via a student exchange program.
For the summer semester 2022 there is still one place for a three-month stay in Pohang available.
