From Septemer 17-20, 2024, we had the opportunity to visit six leading companies in the in the foundry and metal industry as part of the excursion from the Chair of Casting Research:
Wagnerguss GmbH, Fill GmbH, voestalpine Giesserei Linz GmbH, Borbet GmbH, BMW Group Werk Landshut and TCG Unitech.
The excursion gave the Master’s students deep insights into state-of-the-art production processes, corporate structures and innovation strategies.
There were also important networking opportunities and exciting discussions with experts on site.
